1. Privacy policy

MIRAI hereby informs its website users of its policy in regards to processing and protection of its users’ and clients’ personal data which may be obtained from browsing or hiring of services through its website.

In regards to this, MIRAI guarantees the compliance of the current regulation on personal data protection, set out in Spanish Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13th, of Personal Data Protection and in Royal Decree 1720/2007, of December 21st, which approves the LOPD Development Regulation.

The use of this website implies the acceptance of this privacy policy.

2. Data gathering, purpose and processing

MIRAI has the obligation of informing its website users in regards to the personal data gathering that may be carry out, whether it is via sending emails or by filling in the forms included on the website. This way, MIRAI is considered as responsible for the data gathered via the aforementioned channels.

In turn, MIRAI informs users that the purposes of the processing of the gathered data include: consideration for the requests made by users, inclusion in contact database, provision of services and commercial-relation management.

The operations, actions and technical procedures that are carried out automatically or non-automatically that enable the gathering, storage, modification, transfer and other actions of personal data, are considered personal-data processing.

All personal data gathered on the MIRAI website, and therefore is considered as personal-data treatment, shall be incorporated in files declared before the Spanish Personal Data Protection Agency by MIRAI.

3. Information communication to third parties

MIRAI hereby informs its users that their personal data shall not be given to third parties unless this data transfer is due to a legal obligation or for the provision of a service that implies the need of a contractual relationship with a data-processing manager. In the latter case, the data transfer to a third party shall only be carried out after MIRAI has express consent from the user.

4. User rights

Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13th, of Personal Data Protection, awards interest parties the option of exercising a series of rights related to the processing of their personal data.

As long as the user’s data are processed by MIRAI, users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition in accordance with the current legislation on personal data protection.

In order to exercise these rights, the user must write to, attaching documents that prove his identity (photocopies of ID card or passport), the following address: MIRAI, Calle Fuencarral, 6, 4o, 28004, Madrid, or to the address that has substituted it in the General Data Protection Register. This communication must reflect the following information: User name and surname(s), request application, home address and supporting data.

The exercise of these rights must be carried out by the user himself. Alternatively, they may be executed by an authorised person as a legal representative of the user. In such case, documents must be provided by the interested party certifying this representation.
