Mirai is partner to the hotelier and shares their objectives – taking direct sales, commercial independence, the reduction of distribution costs and access without intermediaries to the highest possible number of potential guests to their maximum expression, whilst keeping within the general framework where these actions contribute to increase the hotel’s profit.
In order to achieve these targets, we cover three essential areas:
Creation and maintenance of the hotel’s direct sales platform (website, mobile, reservation system, etc.) with the best technology, design and service.
Visibility and marketing in order to take this platform to the customer.
And, above all, conception and carrying out of the sales strategy and its commercialisation together with the hotelier. Actions that are in the hotel’s hands, but which are essential to achieve results.
Mirai was founded in 1995 and is a leading company in Spain in its field. In 2018 it handled bookings worth almost 250 million euros and it registers an over 20% sustained annual growth.
